William "Billy" Franklin Baggett

MAKANDA – William “Billy” Franklin Baggett, 61, of Makanda passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 in Carbondale.



Billy was born August 14, 1958 to William and Jenny Baggett in Carbondale.



Billy worked as a mechanic and a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, working on cars and watching NASCAR.



Billy is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Baggett of Makanda.



He is preceded in death by his parents; longtime companion, Candi Clover; and other relatives.



Private family services will be held at a later date.
