Troy Daly

Troy Daly, 28, a loving, creative, and kind soul, passed away December 22, 2023 in Portland, ME where he has lived for several years.

He owned a professional window cleaning business and was finishing a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, following his associate degree from John A Logan College. He was an adventurer and loved to learn new things, such as rock-climbing, photography, culinary arts, as well as Latin dance. His dream was to travel the world.

He is survived by his adoptive parents Michael and Ruth Ann Daly, biological mother Wilma Vicini and her husband John, sisters Amanda Garrett, Traci McLaughlin, and Melissa Stengel; brothers Trevor, Chris, Josh, Jordan, John, Joel Daly, and Michael Starnes. In addition, he has loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was dearly loved by all here locally and by a large extended friend group in Portland, ME.
