Tina L. Baltzell

GRAND TOWER – Tina L. Baltzell, 62, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Manor Court of Carbondale.

Tina was born on August 11, 1960 to William Ford and Fronie Louise(Riegger) Baltzell in Murphysboro.

Tina is survived by her sons, Dylan Baltzell and Joe Baltzell, brothers William (Suzanne) Baltzell, and Larry (Mary Beth) Baltzell; sisters Terrie (John) Schaeffer, Priscilla Russell, and Clara Gale, and her sister-in-law Laura Baltzell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Johnny Baltzell, and nieces Billi Wills, and Christy Gale.

Tina came from a big family with lots of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She had life long friends, Phyllis Mezo, Allan Lovejoy, Lana Abercrombie, Teresa Tripp.

Tina’s ride or die’s consisted of Vicki Happold, Leslie Ellis, Christy Mezo, Gloria Golliher, and Nettie.

Graveside Services for Tina will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Walker Hill Cemetery in Grand Tower with Bob Henson officiating.

Memorials may be made in Tina’s name to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
