Niculina Fuioaga

DeSoto – Niculina Fuioaga, 81, of DeSoto passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 5:43 a.m. in Manor Court of Carbondale.

Niculina was born on December 6, 1934 in Itesti, Romania to Gheorghe and Maria (Cojocaru) Fuioaga.

She was united in marriage with Ioan Fuioaga on March 4, 1951 in Romania. He survives and is of Murphysboro.

Other survivors include her son, Vasile Fuioaga; daughters, Elena Luebbers and Carmen Stonemark; five grandchildren, Ionut Fuioaga, Sergiu Balaita, Andreea Cojacariu, Daniel Noland, and Vlad Noland; two great grandchildren, Sonia Fuioada and Christian Cojacariu; two brothers, Gheorghe Fuioaga and Ioan Fuioaga; and two sisters, Victoria Fuioaga and Maria Zaharia.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, son and daughter.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Protection of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church in Royalton. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in St. Mary Orthodox Cemetery in Royalton.
