Paula "Jeanie" O'Cull

Grand Tower - Paula Jean "Jeanie" (Cooper) O'Cull, 64, of Grand Tower, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016. Paula was born August 23, 1951 in Grand Tower, IL to Paul and Lillian (Self) Burke. Paula was united in marriage to Rick O'Cull on November 10, 1965. Paula was preceded in death by her husbands, Rick O'Cull and Bob Cooper, her son Bobby Cooper, her sisters, Louetta Cook and Melissa Falkenburry and a great grandson. Surviving are her son David (Stacey) Cooper of Grand Tower, her daughter Sissy (Clifford) Cooper-Beckerman of Perryville, MO, and a daughter-in-law Tammy Cooper of Perryville, MO, her sister and best friend Dea Thompson of Jonesboro, IL. Also surviving are six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, Jennifer Caine, who was like a daughter to her, her Aunt, Judy Heckes of Wolf Lake, and many family and friends. She was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Church in Grand Tower, IL where funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at 4 p.m. with Rev. Peggy Camp officiating Visitation will be at the church from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the day of the service. Memorial donations may be made to David Cooper to help with expenses.
